Our payment system is for all tenants who currently use credit/debit card system for a quicker and easier transaction.

How to guide

Our payment system is for all tenants who would like to make their payment online using either a debit or credit card.

1. Click the link below to access the payment portal

 2. Add your name and email address

3. Select “Homes” from the “Payment Reference Type” dropdown

4. Enter your tenancy number into the “Customer Reference” field

5. Enter the first line of your address into the “Invoice reference” field 

6. Add the amount to be paid

7. Tick the box to undertake the validation process

8. Click “Submit” 

9. Enter your card details 

10. Click “Pay Now”
