Advance’s Affordable homes welcome happy tenants
Northumberland's largest private residential landlord has welcomed its very first tenants into the company's in demand affordable homes at Arcot, and welcomed further tenants to the more established Meadows site in Morpeth. Advance Northumberland Homes are delighted to welcome further units to the affordable portfolio which currently comprises of properties ranging from two bedroom apartments, to four bedroom town houses.
Advance Northumberland’s affordable homes portfolio features a high-quality range of new-build properties that are fully decorated and benefit from various kitchen integrations. These outstanding family homes have conjured an enormous amount of interest and full occupancy is expected by mid-February.
Advance Northumberland Homes have competed on 20 new build Persimmon properties: eight at The Fairways (Arcot, Cramlington) and twelve at The Meadows (Morpeth).
